Maintainment
1. Regularly check the fasteners of each part of the machine, and there must be no looseness
2. Check the connection and tension of the machine chain
3. Manually rotate the cutter and incision to check the operation
4. Check the lubrication of reducer, bearing sleeve, bevel gear, chain and other parts
5. Check the working condition of the input power plug and electrical parts
6. Check the working conditions of the switches and electrical components of the machine when it is energized
7. After the machine is debugged and produced, the rollers, blanking device and related positions need to be cleaned and inspected
6. The electrical parts should be waterproof, moisture-proof, dust-proof, anti-corrosion, and rodent-proof. Ensure that the inside of the electrical control cabinet and the wiring terminals are clean to prevent electrical failures.
Clean
1. After the production is stopped, the blanking device should be cleaned in time to ensure that the barrel, pump body, blanking nozzle and other parts are clean to avoid fouling due to materials. Corrosion causes damage to the contact surface, causing measurement errors and shortening the service life
2. Clean the sealing surface of the roller at any time without any stains, so as to ensure that the packaging film goes smoothly and the sealing lines of the finished bag are clear
3. Keep the roller supporting bearing parts clean and free of dirt at all times, avoid liquid contamination of high-temperature lubricating oil in the bearing, and shorten the service life of the bearing
4. Keep the cutting blade clean and free of dirt at all times to avoid the corrosion of the liquid and cause the cutting knife to work abnormally and shorten the service life
5. The scattered materials should be cleaned up in time to help extend the service life
6. Frequently clean the light-emitting head of the photoelectric switch to ensure its reliable operation
