3. The appearance of the electrical components in the cabinet is clean, free of dust, no defects, and no irrelevant sundries in the cabinet, especially metal objects.
4. The identification of each electrical switch in the cabinet is correct, complete, and does not fall off.
5. The electrical appliances in the cabinet are fastened firmly, the lead wires are neat and tidy, and the lead wires are not loose (including the grounding point), or there are safety hazards such as overheating, discoloration and aging.
6. Without the approval of the equipment department, it is strictly forbidden for anyone to modify or adjust the adjustment and setting of the parameters of the controller (such as inverter, servo drive, etc.), and it is strictly forbidden to change the electrical circuit at will.
7. Each control line has no oil, no damage, no overheating, insulation aging, no chemical corrosion damage, etc.
8. The wiring of each control line is neat and orderly, and there is no hidden danger of interference of mechanical parts.
